Remembered decisions let CloudCruise recognize an error it has asked about before and, once an administrator approves it, apply the earlier answer without a card.
Remembered decisions build on Decision Required and are rolled out gradually. Nothing is applied automatically unless it has been approved.

The flow

First time. A normal decision card asks. The question and answer are saved. Next time. The card says the error was seen before, shows the earlier question and how that answer went, and offers: Once approved. The saved answer is followed without a card. A Slack notice says it was applied, with an Ask me every time button that returns the error to asking. agent.decision_applied is sent each time. An answer is never applied back into the run it came from, and if a followed answer fails, the recovery goes back to asking. Not saved, or saved late. An answer that only fits one run, because it names a date, an id or a run value, is used once and not saved. An answer after the card timed out does not resume the run; the card says Saved for next time, and the next occurrence asks again and offers it.

What counts as the same error

The same workflow, the same step and the same error message, after numbers, quoted text and run input values are normalized out. When one message needs different handling, CloudCruise keeps separate variants, each with its own answer. A changed step counts as a new step, so approvals do not carry over.

Who can do what

Approving with Do this every time and revoking with Ask me every time are for CloudCruise administrators. An approval covers the exact saved answer; a changed answer needs approving again.

Review and revoke

Remembered decisions are listed in settings for each workflow and the workspace, each with Ask me every time. Approvals and revokes go to your organization’s audit log under Approval, with who acted and the hash and length of the saved text, not the text. See also Decision Required and Decision data handling.
